Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies and information.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a full charge of service. After 48 hours from booking, requested cancellations will receive spa credit of equal value. This courtesy enables us to compensate our technicians for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation. Please call us at (404) 800 - 3996 if you are running late. To reschedule an appointment that has been cancelled/no show with short notice is $35 and due at time of rescheduled booking. After 3 advanced rescheduled appointments within a month, a $35 fee will be due to rebook- regardless of contacting us 24 hours prior to appointment.
New Clients with appointments that require only a deposit to book: Deposits are non refundable or transferrable. Your deposit can be moved to a new scheduled date/time with AT LEAST 72 HOUR NOTICE. Any cancellation or request to reschedule LESS THAN 72 HOUR NOTICE forfeits deposit.
Rescheduled appointments cannot be rescheduled. Cost of reschedule fee and treatment will be forfeited.
After (2) No show No calls and/or (2) last minute cancellations, all future appointments will be removed from our calendar and appointment time/day lost. You will need to rebook your remaining appointments to reflect your optimal availability. This is to offer the best availability for ALL new and returning clients.
Appointment Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. We encourage you to schedule two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule. All new clients, please arrive 5 minutes early for appointment to allow time for completing consent forms, check-in, and/or using the restroom, etc.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERRABLE.
Tech Requests are based upon availability and are not guaranteed.
Plans & Packages Policy
All appointments, machinery, tools, and alterations must be booked within the valid time frame of plan/package booked.
Fajas included in plan do not receive complimentary alteration.
Faja alterations have a Monday turnaround. Same-day faja alterations will redeem from your plan and $35 fee will be applied.
Appointments are non-transferrable or refundable.
After 3rd appointment, plan/package is nonrefundable. Spa credit will be given based on value of services provided (as single service items) from amount rendered at start of plan/package.
Upgrading plan or package is available prior to your 3rd appointment.
Sessions booked outside of valid time frame will incur a $75 reinstatement fee.
Payment Plans
By starting our in-house payment plan you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Completing a CC Authorization Form prior to first appointment.
- Second payment will be charged at 2 weeks of start or at 3/4 sessions (dependent on plan). **
- Third payment will be charged at 4 weeks of start or at 8th session (applicable to Emerald and Pearl Plans) **
- (3) Failed payments incur a $75 fee to continue plan and book remaining sessions.
(1) Complimentary Reschedule for Sapphire, Emerald, & Pearl holders only.

Membership Policy
Please read the "What You Need to Know" on Membership page for more details on rollover appointments, freezing membership, and monthly billing.
CC Authorization Form must be completed prior to first appointment.
2nd billing cycle payments are collected at 3rd week from start date.
Memberships are non refundable once services are started.
VIP Members: If you cancel an appointment with less than 24hr notice , the no deposit perk will be invalid for the remaining month.
Faja Policy
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on worn fajas. Fajas are available to try on instore only with leggings and a camisole. Once Faja leaves our location - sale is final, absolutely no exchanges. Only adjustments and alterations can be made.
CUSTOM FAJAS ARE FINAL SALE - orders are sent to Colombia to be made and once process is started there's absolutely no altering measurements or refunds. Custom fajas have a 3 week turnaround, please consider this time frame when measurements are given/taken.
Alterations:
If altered on Same Day , your garment is considered complete and no further adjustments can be made. Please come in ready (boards, foams if needed) to try on your altered garment while seamstress is at location. Your departure with no further adjustments will be considered satisfaction of the service provided.
If Picking Up: Plan to pick up your altered garment within 3 days of "Ready for Pickup" communication via text. Alterations picked up after 3 days of alteration "Ready for Pickup" communication via text forfeits any additional adjustments.
Refunds
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our treatments and/or used products. We will, however, provide spa credit of equal value if deemed necessary. Please note that all garments worn/altered are final sale.
Extra Guest/ Children
We are unable to accommodate guests and/or children accompanying clients.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services.
Treatment Outcomes
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
